eTruck queue: new features have been added to ensure greater transparency of the service
The Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine is consistently working to develop and improve the eChezha system, in particular for trucks. Starting March 29, the portal will be updated to increase the transparency of the system.
In the "Workload" section
section on the website and in the app, a number of new information will be available:
-
Truck trailer license plate. Previously, the system showed the tractor's license plate number.
-
A new list "Under control at the MAPP", which will contain vehicles that have entered the checkpoint for control due to registration in the eCheckpoint system. The time spent by such vehicles at the checkpoint will also be displayed.
-
The date, time of booking a place in the queue, and sequence number will be added to all trucks from the "Under control at the checkpoint", "Prepare for entry", and "Waiting queue" lists. The latter is assigned at the time of booking a place in the queue.
-
Separate markings for cars making special, humanitarian, or mail transportation runs.
-
The numbers of cars making special trips will be hidden in the system for security reasons.
It is important that the numbering and time of registration in the queue will be displayed only for those trucks that have joined the queue after the system update.
The Electronic Border Crossing Queue project is being implemented by the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Ukrtranssafety, the State Agency for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine with the support of the USAID/UK aid Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/ TAPAS project.
