The employer demands an explanation for being late for work. Is this mobbing?
No. The employer's requirements for the proper performance of the employee's work duties, change of workplace, employee's position or amount of remuneration in accordance with the procedure established by law, collective bargaining agreement or employment contract are not considered mobbing (harassment).
Demanding explanations for violations of the work schedule is not a manifestation of mobbing.
