Rada supports bill on compensation for destroyed property in TOT
The Parliament voted in the first reading on draft law No. 11161 on the procedure for compensation for destroyed property in the temporarily occupied territories.

The law concerns compensation for destroyed property in the temporarily occupied territories.
If the property is located in the territories of active hostilities or temporarily occupied territories, the owner of such property may apply for compensation according to the procedure and list of documents in accordance with the existing procedure in the Law, except for the requirement to provide documents (including photo and video recording materials) of the property before/after destruction/damage.
At the same time, no physical inspection of real estate is carried out. The owner of such property has the right to relinquish ownership of such property in favor of the state.
