Government proposes to change the procedure for importing humanitarian aid
The Draft Law "On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine on the Transit of Humanitarian Aid" was approved.
The draft law proposes to amend the Customs Code of Ukraine to harmonize its provisions with the provisions of Ukrainian legislation in the field of humanitarian aid.
It is proposed to clarify that goods recognized as humanitarian aid in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine are exempt from import duty when imported (sent) into the customs territory of Ukraine.
