The Government is working on amendments to the Labor Code
"In January, we will start discussing the draft of the new Labor Code developed by the Ministry of Economy," emphasizes MP Nina Yuzhanina.

However, this was already done in 2021 by Law 1213 in accordance with the needs of the "covid" time, and since then a number of explanations have been issued on how to distinguish one type of work from another.

But its main drawback - the search for low-paying jobs for highly qualified candidates - has not been corrected.
All of the above has already been done, except for one thing: the volume of the state order for the training of specialists, scientific, academic and workforce is usually regulated by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, but will be determined at the level of the law."
