On enforcement of court decisions on registration of tax invoices
Danylo Hetmantsev, Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, reports that in 2023, they managed to establish work on the enforcement of court decisions on the mandatory registration of tax invoices.
The problem with the enforcement of court decisions has been a constant issue over the past few years. The situation was remedied by updating approaches and optimizing the mechanisms for organizing the work of the State Tax Service. We managed to enforce the remaining decisions of previous years and prevent new delays in 2023.
Therefore, last year, 7.5 thousand court decisions on cases of obligations to register tax invoices totaling UAH 11.4 billion were enforced. Of these, 5.6 thousand court decisions were issued in 2023, and the rest were decisions of previous periods.
