Increased remuneration rates for healthcare workers were extended until the end of the year

To this end, subparagraphs 1-1 and 5 of paragraph 1 of the CMU Resolution "Some Issues of Remuneration of Employees of State and Municipal Healthcare Institutions" No. 28 of January 13, 2023 were updated.
In addition, Annex 3 to the Standard Form of the Agreement on Medical Services for the Population under the Medical Guarantees Program, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 410 dated 25.04.2018, was amended.
The amendments provide for the possibility of extending the term of higher minimum wages for the relevant employees of medical service providers located in the territories where military operations are underway.
The text of the resolution states that it shall enter into force on the date of its publication and shall be applied from January 1, 2024. The document was officially published on February 15, 2024 in the official publication Uryadovyi Kurier No. 33.
