The law does not provide for the temporary cessation of business activities
The procedure for state registration of termination of a legal entity and the procedure for state registration of termination of entrepreneurial activity of an individual entrepreneur are set forth in the Law of Ukraine No. 755-IV "On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations" dated 15.05.2003 (the "Law").
At the same time, the Law and other regulations do not provide for the temporary cessation of entrepreneurial activity in connection with maternity leave, illness, travel abroad, etc.
