Export of goods worth up to EUR 1000 will be significantly simplified
Ukrainian companies and individual entrepreneurs who ship such goods outside the customs territory of Ukraine in international postal or express shipments will not have to file regular customs declarations (this will reduce their costs for customs brokerage services).
The required declaration will be carried out by postal operators or express carriers by submitting a special register of international postal or express shipments to the customs authority (currently, such a procedure is introduced for declaring goods for citizens).
The respective amendments were supported by the Tax Committee in the draft law No. 9456, which was submitted to the Verkhovna Rada for consideration.
Simplification of customs procedures for Ukrainian businesses, whose goods are increasingly represented in foreign online stores, will be a significant support for expanding the geography of sales of Ukrainian goods.
