The number of individual entrepreneurs is growing in Ukraine
The Ministry of Justice reports that the number of sole proprietors continues to grow!
In the first quarter of 2024, Ukrainians opened 74439 sole proprietorships, which is 34% more than last year!
For comparison, 55,525 sole proprietorships were registered in the first quarter of 2023, and 48,959 in the same period of 2022.
In total, 308,213 sole proprietorships were opened last year, and 201,281 in 2022.
We remind you that today you can open a sole proprietorship without the participation of a state registrar in an automatic mode. The procedure takes a few minutes.
The application is submitted by the applicant on the Diia portal after he or she has been identified and authenticated using an integrated electronic identification system, an electronic signature based on a qualified electronic signature certificate and/or other means of identification that allow the applicant to be uniquely identified.
The applicant pays an administrative fee on the Diia portal.
