Business plan form for farms approved
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine has approved the form of a standard business plan for the establishment and operation of a farm (private farm).
This is stated in the order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy dated 02.04.2024 No. 1049.
In particular, a typical business plan includes:
- Project summary.
- General characteristics of the farm.
- Actual production resources of the farm.
- Description of the target market and marketing strategy of the project.
- The purpose and feasibility of the project.
- Financial plan of the farm.
- The need for financial resources.
- Feasibility study.
- Risks and ways to minimize them.
The Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy No. 1049 was developed pursuant to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine "On the state of food security" of 09.10.2023 No. 681.
