The automated system "Bankruptcy and Insolvency" will be launched in Ukraine

The State Enterprise "National Information Systems" is putting into operation the software of the automated system "Bankruptcy and Insolvency" (ASBN) starting from June 1, 2024 .*

In this regard:

from 00:00 on 31.05.2024, the Unified Register of Enterprises in respect of which bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated and the Unified Register of Insolvency Receivers will be suspended;

з 00.00 01.06. 2024, the software of the automated system "Bankruptcy and Insolvency" will be put into operation, which will ensure the collection, storage, accounting, search, generalization, and provision of information on the progress of bankruptcy (insolvency) proceedings and the debtor's financial and economic indicators, formation of the Unified Register of Debtors in respect of which bankruptcy (insolvency) proceedings have been opened, the Unified Register of Insolvency Receivers of Ukraine, functioning of the electronic office of the insolvency receiver and a specialized page of the Ministry of Justice website.

*The ASBN is being put into operation in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 18.02.2020 No. 594/5 "On Approval of the Procedure for the Functioning of the Automated System "Bankruptcy and Insolvency".
