The list of goods prohibited from being placed under the customs regime of processing has been amended
Amendments were made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 295 dated 27.03.2013 "On Certain Issues of Stay of Goods in the Customs Regime of Processing in the Customs Territory of Ukraine, Restrictions and Prohibitions on Placement of Certain Goods in the Said Customs Regime and Invalidation of Certain Acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
According to the appeal of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, new vehicles classified under headings 8703 and 8704 of the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (UCGFEA) and motor vehicle bodies were excluded from the list of goods prohibited from being placed under the customs regime of processing on the customs territory of Ukraine, and bodies for motor vehicles classified in subheading 8707 10 90 90 according to UCGFEA, which are imported for the purpose of modernization, re-equipment or production of vehicles and placed under the customs regime of processing on the customs territory of Ukraine by enterprises whose main activity is the production of motor vehicles (class 29.10, group 29.1, section 29 of the Classification of Types of Economic Activities DK 009:2010).
