Automated system "Bankruptcy and Insolvency"
In connection with the introduction of the software of the automated system "Bankruptcy and Insolvency" (hereinafter - the Automated System) into trial operation on June 1, 2024, it is possible to use one of the separate subsystems - the electronic office of the insolvency officer.
This allows insolvency officers to work authorized, submit information to the Unified Register of Debtors in respect of which bankruptcy (insolvency) proceedings have been opened, as well as to the Unified Register of Insolvency Officers of Ukraine. All submitted information will be published on a specialized page of the Ministry of Justice's website, which will ensure transparency and accessibility of information.
It should be noted that the information on the registration number of the taxpayer's account card (RNOKPP) of the insolvency trustee is currently entered into the Automated System by the employees of the Bankruptcy Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine into the Unified Register of Insolvency Trustees of Ukraine within 1-2 days from the date of receipt of information from the administrator - the State Enterprise "National Information Systems" - on the provision of access identifiers to the Automated System to the insolvency trustee.
It is important to emphasize that in order to obtain access identifiers to the Automated System, bankruptcy trustees do not need to additionally apply to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for the entry of information about the RNPKPP into the Unified Register of Bankruptcy Trustees of Ukraine.
