Condominiums and housing cooperatives will be able to receive loans under the 5-7-9% program
The Procedure for Providing Financial State Support to Business Entities has been amended.
Condominiums and housing cooperatives are now able to receive loans under the program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" for the implementation of energy efficiency measures, including the purchase and installation of generating units that produce electricity from alternative energy sources, electricity storage facilities and auxiliary equipment in the amount of up to UAH 5 million.
The loan term is up to 5 years and the interest rate for condominiums and housing cooperatives is 7%.
