The Government amended the norms of production losses of excisable goods
According to Taras Melnychuk, the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada, the Government has amended Resolution No. 1310 dated 22.11.2022 "On Approval of Production Losses of Cognac, Grain Distillate and Other Alcohol Distillates and Losses of Alcohol and Finished Products in the Production of Certain Types of Alcoholic Beverages".
The amendments were introduced to bring Resolution No. 1310 in line with Law No. 3603-IX "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine on Improving Online Communication with Taxpayers and Clarifying Certain Provisions of the Law".
The text of the resolution has not yet been made public. According to T. Melnychuk, the resolution provides for supplementing the established maximum allowable rates of losses of cognac alcohol, grain distillate and other alcoholic distillates during their production, alcohol and finished products during the production of certain types of alcoholic beverages with the rates for certain types of alcoholic beverages, in particular for alcohol distillate (cognac alcohol, grape alcohol distillate, wine distillate).
