People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak has published a draft law "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the peculiarities of taxation during martial law", which raises taxes.
According to the MP, this version of the document is going to be submitted to the Committee soon and to the Rada in the first weeks of September.
What is left of the old text:

- establishing the military tax for individual entrepreneurs of the first and second groups at 10% of the minimum wage;
- establishing a CPT of 1% of income for the third group of the single tax;

From the newly added:

- Increase in the corporate income tax rate for financial companies to 25%;
- monthly reporting on personal income tax.
In his turn, Danylo Hetmantsev , Chairman of the Tax Committee , added a few points "to avoid betrayal":
♦ VAT will not be increased;
♦ VAT on luxury goods has been removed;
1% tax on turnover was excluded;
Customs and BES reforms are being implemented;
♦ Expenditures have been reduced and, yes, a very strict and effective de-shadowing is being carried out.
