Mail.gov.ua will stop working: how will it affect e-courts?

For the attention of users of mail.gov.ua (http://mail.gov.ua/): starting from April 1, 2025, the postal service will cease to operate.

This decision was made in agreement with the High Council of Justice, the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine to regulate activities in accordance with the requirements of current legislation and optimize costs.

Starting from March 1, 2025, it will not be possible to receive electronic messages in mail.gov.ua mailboxes. Starting from April 1, 2025, the mail.gov.ua mail service (http://mail.gov.ua/) will cease to function.

If you use this email service, it's time to take care of your emails and contacts!

Please note: the termination of the mail.gov.ua mail service (http://mail.gov.ua/) does not affect the work of users in the Electronic Court Account in any way, as the Electronic Court Account is accessed using the user's electronic digital signature.

What to do next?

We recommend that all users take the following steps in advance:

1. To save your electronic correspondence, transfer it to other mail systems or to your own computer.

2. Change your contact addresses on all platforms, including in the E-Court account, if the mail.gov.ua email address (http://mail.gov.ua/) was used for registration, receiving notifications, or other purposes.

3. Take care of transferring contacts to other email systems or downloading them to your own computer.
