Subjects of primary financial monitoring must submit a report in the form No. 1-finmon (annual)

By the 11th day after the reporting period, the subjects of primary financial monitoring (hereinafter referred to as PFMS) (law firms, law firms and lawyers practicing law individually; notaries; business entities providing legal services; persons providing services for the establishment, maintenance or management of legal entities, trusts and other entities without the status of a legal entity) must submit a report in the form No. 1-finmon (annual) to the Eastern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice.

It is important that, together with a cover letter, by January 11, 2025, PFMS shall fill in lines 1, 2 of Section I and send it electronically in the form of electronic documents in Excel (Word) format to the email address of the Eastern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice: skhidnemruyusumy@gmail.com, subject to the condition of certification with a qualified electronic signature.

In addition, we would like to inform you that when filling out Form No. 1-finmon (annual), a dash is placed in the absence of an indicator, and the sections of the report in which the PFMS do not enter information are not filled in and submitted.

The responsibility for violation of the requirements of the legislation in the field of prevention and counteraction to legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime, terrorist financing and financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction lies with the PFMS.
