Construction services without bureaucracy and corruption are back in action

Diia has reopened 13 construction services: from construction notifications to declarations of completion. Receive documents and services in a few clicks on the Diia portal - relevant for both businesses and Ukrainians building for themselves.

Here is a full list of construction services:

► Notification of the start of preparatory work(link).

► Notification of the start of construction work on the basis of a construction passport(link).

► Notice of commencement of construction works CC1(link).

► Application for urban planning conditions and restrictions on land development(link).

► Issuance of a construction passport(link).

► Declaration of readiness for operation of CC1 facilities(link).

► Declaration of readiness for operation based on the construction passport(link).

► Declaration of readiness for operation of unauthorizedly constructed objects on a land plot of the corresponding designated purpose(link).

► Declaration of readiness for operation by court decision(link).

► Permit for construction works and submission of amendments to the already issued permit(link).
