ePermit: it's easier for businesses to submit a declaration of conformity with the ITB
The service of submitting a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with labor protection requirements has become available on the Diia portal in the Business section as an independent service. The ePermit project is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and is funded by the European Union under the EU4DigitalUA project, implemented by FIIAPP.
This service also remains part of the comprehensive e-Entrepreneur public service. Previously, registration of this document could take up to 5 days, but now it can be submitted online in seconds.
Oleksandr Tsybort, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization , said: "We always strive to make each new service more convenient and accessible for business. Each improvement on the portal is a step towards ensuring fast and efficient interaction with government agencies. In 2024 alone, 12,612 declarations were registered, which demonstrates the high demand for the service and its importance for business."
The declaration of conformity of the material and technical base is a document that must be submitted to the State Labor Service by companies that operate heavy machinery and equipment. Due to incorrectly filled out declarations, some companies had to return the document and start the process all over again.
It is impossible to submit an incorrectly executed declaration in ePermit. The algorithm will detect the error and point it out when filling out the declaration so that it can be corrected immediately. If the system accepts the declaration, there will be no refunds.
"We are pleased that the services within the ePermit project are becoming more accessible and easier to use. Seamless integration of the MTB declaration of conformity on the Diia portal simplifies the process for businesses. This is another step towards a fully digitalized and user-friendly public service ecosystem in Ukraine," said Maria Gaston Betran, Technical Institutional Coordinator of the EU4DigitalUA FIIAPP project.
