Kyiv real estate tax rates have been changed

The tax authorities inform that the Kyiv City Council adopted Decision No. 24/10491 dated 30.01.2025 "On Amendments to the Decision of the Kyiv City Council dated 23.06.20211 No. 242/5629 "On Establishment of Local Taxes and Fees in Kyiv".

This decision amended Table 1 to Annex 1 "Tax Rates for Real Estate Other Than a Land Plot" to the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated 23.06.20211 No. 242/5629 "On Establishment of Local Taxes and Fees in Kyiv".

In Annex 1, the classification of buildings and structures, code and name are specified in accordance with the National Classifier of Buildings and Structures NC 018:2023, approved by Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine No. 3573 dated 16.05.2023 and applicable from 01.01.2025.

This decision of the Kyiv City Council is published on the official website of the Kyiv City Council: kmr.gov.ua/uk/rishenya in the section "Rulemaking".

The tax authorities ask to take this information into account when filling out and submitting a tax return on real estate tax other than a land plot for 2025.
