Amendments to the Procedure for the Exchange of Information in the Field of Financial Monitoring

By Order No. 45 dated February 1, 2024, the Ministry of Finance amended the following:

• The Procedure for Creating a Personal Account of a Subject of Primary Financial Monitoring and Access to the e-Cabinet of the Financial Monitoring System;
• the Procedure for Information Interaction between the Primary Financial Monitoring Subjects and the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine.

In particular, the Procedure for Information Interaction on Financial Monitoring has shortened the list of notifications used for information interaction between the State Financial Monitoring Service and primary financial monitoring entities. It excludes notifications on discrepancies in information about the ultimate beneficial owners.

In addition, the maximum size of one notification file has been increased to 50 megabytes (previously it was 10), and the rules for naming notification files have been updated.

Order No. 45 will come into force on the first Monday of the fourth month after the termination or lifting of martial law, but not earlier than the day of its publication.
